Our new activity for 2019 is for adults only. Well- being walks are low level, guided, group walks for adults wanting to share a friendly, easy and relaxing walk. We will complete some mindfulness exercises on our walk and take in the local scenery. The walks will usually begin from the Visitors Centre but may venture further afield. We intend to hold these walks monthly and they will be £5 per walker.
